A lovingly restored traditional Breton cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac situated in the charming village of Surzur.

Surzur is a lively village with Aquapark, sports ground, restaurant, bars, boulangerie and supermarket, all within safe walking distance for adults and kids.

Aquagolfe is a new family swimming complex in the village. There are two indoor pools and jacuzzi for all year round fun and an outside water slide and rapids during the summer months.

The cottage is only 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Presqu'il de Rhuys, we are 10 minutes from the resort town of Sarzeau, and only 15 minutes from the historic walled town of Vannes with restaurants, tudor style streets and traditional bretagne shops.

Accommodation
	A beautiful new summer room has been recently added to the cottage to extend the season and add a real indoor / outdoor feel to dining and relaxing. This leads through to a games room with pool table, dart board and bar.
There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet and hand basin, one triple room and one further single room. There is also a full size cot and other baby equipment.
	On the ground floor there is a well appointed kitchen, laundry room and shower room with toilet and large double head shower.
	There is also a large family sitting room with video player, Playstation 1, CD player plus games, books and video library. A bed-settee makes up the accommodation for 9-10 people.
Outside, there is a safe, sunny garden courtyard with patio area and BBQ.
