Lovingly restored traditional Breton cottage, situated in
the charming village of Surzur.
Surzur is a lively village with shops,
bars, parks and a brand new Intermarche supermarket which
will open in 2007. All within safe walking distance for adults
and kids.
The cottage is only 10 minutes from the safe, sandy beaches
of Penvins, 10 minutes from the resort town of Sarzeau, and
only 15 minutes from the historic walled town of Vannes with
restaurants, tudor style streets old world shopping.

A
beautiful new summer room as been added to the cottage
in 2008 to extend the season and add a real indoor / outdoor
feel to dining and relaxing.

There
are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet and
hand basin, one triple room and one further single room.
The accommodation also offers a full size cot and travel
cot. All rooms are heated for home comfort during spring
and autumn short breaks. |

the ground floor there is a new fitted kitchen with washer-dryer,
dishwasher, halogen cooker and microwave plus a ground
floor toilet/shower room with large double head shower. |
The
accommodation offers a large family sitting room with
Video player, Playstation 1, CD Player plus games, books
and video library. A new bed-settee makes up the accommodation
for 9-10 people. |
